We have a 3950. Had a Raptor 3612. The Cyclone in MHO has much better quality. The 3950 is a heavy sucker tho. One ton should be no problem. Good luck in whatever you decide to buy.......Jerry

RE: F250HD Short bed
Get a slider!!! I have a 08 SD short bed and when I had my Raptor, dented the cab while making a tight turn. Sad thing was that I had a slider and was too lazy to get out and move it. Now have a Cyclone and as stated above it has a much better and forgiving turning radius.

Have a 3950.. Replaced our 3612 Raptor with it. Much better quality with the Heartland product. Nice unit, VERY heavy tho.....
I'll bet it makes your 250 grunt!
Not really, but we use the KW to pill it!!

We got one about 2 months ago. It is a heavy dude. I don't want any stuff from the weight police but have been towing it with my 08 F250 SRW. No problems but am looking at getting another HDT. The unit has left me a little unhappy with some of the amenities. My raptor had some better features, but would not own another Keystone product. The 2010 has some more features that the 09 didn't have. You will not be disappointed with the Heartland product.. Good luck.. Jerry

Mileage??? ha ha. The best I got towing the raptor is 7, and that is the best. The truck is very nice aside from that. Plenty of power. I got 9 mpg when I was towing with my Kenworth. Interested in a 08 LOADED give me a shout:)
