If you bought this unit from a dealer and it is a new motorhome, I have a hard time believing some of your statements!!! I have had 4 new units and all came with a bunch of manuals and paper work. I grant you that the motorhome book is generic, but they all have basically the same systems. So a book on Air,Frige,toilet. and on and on. Marvh

You have hit all the high points of a 31m. We have an 07 and cannot find a better bath layout. We just put HWH levelers on it and they are the cats meow. With a 31 foot, any slope becomes a lot with the long wheel base. Also the ride is really good. As you can tell, maybe I'm biased. Marvh

Lazy days has an 2010 phoenix 2551 with every thing you want except the dinette. It only has 3900 miles on it. Their asking price is 106,900. We looked it over but the wife won't go for it. My salesman is Al Sullivan. Marvh

Artum snowbird, I was under our mh Monday releasing the steps just as you said. I have had to do it about a half dozen times. I agree with your reasoning as to the cause. It is no big deal in Florida as there is no snow on the ground!!!Marvh

We just got a new EZgo cart. It has the gravity fill caps. You set a plumbed jug up in the air above the batteries. It has shut off valves in the caps, so there will be no over filling of cells. And not a drop of spilled water. It is really a neat thing. Your hands never touch the batteries.Marvh

I believe that they should be a little more concerned. We have a 07 Tioga with a TPO roof and it is totally flat. I don't think its water, but air bubbles from the install.I would go back to the dealer about this. If you make holes and patch, the patch will be there for life. If you don't the bubble will be there for life. Either way, not a good thing!Marvh
