It was cancelled because the facility was not in an acceptable condition for my members. There were issues with gases that were never going to get me comfortable.

I would like to weigh in on this issue. As a matter of clarity my focus was to lower the cost of the membership, merge the two clubs together, get a fuel program, add parks to the network and deliver more value. Historically, highways lost about a million a year and was part of the reason dues kept going up. It was our focus to cover the relevant club information, chapter information and other useful tips. With that being said we lowered the cost of motorhome magazine or trailer life along with the campground directory for members only to make up for some of the content. I hope that all of you will trust in this process and allow us to continue to get better. We will work harder everyday to ensure that we deliver the right value. That includes taking your suggestions and honest feedback.

For anyone who has had a bad/poor experience, I am asking for another shot. I will make sure you are taken care of myself. I did read something in the thread about me not returning a call after three days or not replying to an email and its simply not true. My emails are replied to within minutes or hours if its 2 in the morning.

No one should be deleting anything unless it contains vulgarity or slander. I read all of these every night and I can promise you that people in the field are doing a much better job. I have most if not all of my senior team reading the things that apply to them. While I may not chime in on every one, I want to leave it to them after a while to solve their issues and be held accountable to do so. I am noticing a difference.

Im am not only confused but offended that anyone thinks that anyone is excluded. A veteran is anyone who served in the military. I am very proud to say that good sam for the first time is actively recognizing men and women who protected all of us.
IF you served in our armed forces for any period of time and protected and served then upon you moving on to a different path I would consider you retired from that position. Your service should be recognized and it is.

I'm not sure why all of you are so upset
Did you read all of it.
Shipping is free if the order is more than 99 dollars but I also added and instant rebate program called buy more save more for only club members. I would encourage everyone to check it out.
Part of the issue was we had customers ordering one item a day that was three dollars and it cost be eight to ship
