Wow...no one has mentioned sangria! The night before heading out i mix a large (cheap) bottle of red wine with brandy, triple sec, o.j, 1/2 can of frozen lemonade, add orange, lime and lemon slices to my 1 gallon jug coleman cooler. Taco chicken foil packets. Each packet is built from the bottom up with: Butter smeared across base 1/2 red pepper sliced thinly 1 potato sliced thinly Sprinkle taco seasoning on potatoes Add layer of shredded cheese Add layer of salsa 1 chicken breast Sprinkle taco seasoning on chicken Add layer of salsa Wrap foil packet leaving space on top for air circulation Cook on campfire or grill for 40-55 min (depending on if chicken has bones) 		race14girl 07/15/12 02:07pm Camp Cooks and Connoisseurs
