Happy Thanksgiving, all

I'm staying home this year, but DD came home this week, so we're going to cook up a storm tomorrow. Plans are to spend the morning cooking, then make a roaring fire in the fireplace, eat ourselves silly, and watch movies and nap the day away, in comfies Ahhhhhh....

Hope everyone has a safe and wonderful holiday!

Guess I'll be spending tomorrow night in the camper trying to figure out where the leak is coming from. All I know is I came home from my mission to this...

Tried caulking the window and the light outside, but it still keeps leaking. I wonder if it's a pinhole leak in the rubber roof from all the branches that hit at Elk Neck in September. I'll do my best to look for one during the day and since it's supposed to rain/snow tomorrow night, I'll stay out there to mop up any leaks (and/or see EXACTLY where it's coming in).

Cheers!

Chris,
Sorry to hear you came home to such a mess.
Seems like we (RV'ers) are always fixing something!

Ya never think of all the stuff that could rip the roof liner. Most CGs create that risk as it relates to trees. Of course we complain when there are not any near the site.

Good luck. Bad timing for sure.

Well.... Chris is supposed to leave on a "quick" mission today, but IF he gets back in time to get to Elk Neck, then I'm pretty sure we're in.

Instead of dragging Thumbellina up there, I'm just gonna crash on his couch. It's easier and cheaper than spending the time/gas getting Thumbellina here, then to Elk Neck, then back to my Brother's again, which ends up being a 3-day ordeal - LOL!

Alex and I are in.

Just worked a 17 1/2 hour during which I was up over 24 hours. Not my choice but poops happens. So, I can afford more cool things for Xmas! Hah!

You're lucky you get paid for it.
I had a 66 hour weekend back in August, had a few 2 hour naps which is why it wasn't a 72 hour weekend. Unfortunately IT is historically salary and I'm competing against overseas resources or kids out of college with MBA's willing to take half of the going rate.

Oh BTW we're in for at least 3, haven't gotten a commitment from the 4th yet.
