I'm looking for a good online trip/route planner site. I have found one that allows you to enter departure time, stops with duration, suggested restuarants, etc.

I was on a site similar several years ago but can locate it now. Any Suggestions.

I typically plan the route with MS Streets & Trips. Then convert the GPS coordinates to my Garmin Trip Computer.

You can also use Yahoo/Maps or Google/Maps or MapQuest for basic planning.

Be careful if you use Google maps. They switch from Navteq to TeleAtlas and there are some serious discrepancies.

I prefer using a regular computer mapping program like Streets & Trips or DeLorme's Street Atlas. It gives me more flexibility. Since the trip planning sites are supposed to be profit-making, I suspect the restaurant recommendatons are based on how much money changes hands. With S&T and SA, you can set departure times, etc., and choose from a variety of restaurants that are shown as POIs.
