New here, I am looking for a good small travel trailer that I can tow with a Jeep Liberty, 3.7L V6 and 5 speed manual trans. Liberty has the towing package.

I am thinking something in the area of 17 feet would work. Want to travel up the Alcan with it in the near future.

Thanks for any help.

Take a look at HiLo we towed one for about 5 years with a jeep and had the trailer for 10 years before we traded it in. HiLo

Dutchman makes t@bs (no bathroom) and a version with a bathroom called a t@da. Dry weight of our t@da, (including all options) is 2155. Just got back from a 6000 mile trip, all went well. Great trailers, we're very happy with our t@da. (it's 18 ft long)

I tried to find an airstream, looking for used rather than new. Found a casita 17 foot right in my area but it had sold by the time I was able to contact them. Will keep looking thanks for the suggestions.

Take a look at the Heartland Edge. We looked at them this weekend and found them to be a quite high quality unit.

I would not go more than a small Casita with a vehicle as small as a Liberty. It has the power, but not the physical size to easily pull much.
