To those with the Komforts, are the side walls real flex coat fiberglass?

We just bought a left over 2008 Komfort Trailblazer model T275S. This particular one came with 13.5 A/C and although we have only been able to get out a couple of times this past summer it kept the TT very comfortable in 100 plus heat with no shade trees at all. We have found some left over wood chips ect from construction but nothing major. We needed something we could get up off the ground as we take it into some rough areas. No problems so far and we really like the interior and exterior fit and finish. Definately one of the nicer built TT that I have seen. I really don't know anything about the AF as I could not find one in our area to actually look at.
To fisherguy, looking at the brochure it just says gel coat gloss fiberglass walls with a one piece custom molded fiberglass front cap.

Both are excellent units - that I've heard on the Arctic Fox - can only say since we don't have first hand experience. We purchased our Komfort in January 2006 and are very pleased with it. We have not had any major problems or minor ones to discuss that I can think of that are outside of the ordinary wear and tear. We take an average of 6 trips a year from weekends to three week road trips, staying in RV parks to boondocking in freezing weather and have been comfortable no matter what the weather. This is truly an all season camping unit. In freezing weather when we camp we will heat it with the heater in the mornings but then use a portable heater buddy and it keeps the unit comfortable. As for the outside, I'm not sure what you mean by a flexible (if that's what you asked) gel coat. It must be since we have had no cracking. The only cracking we've had has been on the fenders and have had those replaced by the dealer. The unit we bought came with the Dexter springs and shock absorbers. The height is adjustable by the dealer but we opted to keep ours at the "default" factory setting and it has worked well for us with all the FS camping and boondocking that we do. Since both units you are considering are good, go with the one you really like.

Fisherguy - let us know what you decide. Just left Tetons and am now in a warmer climate. It snowed last night - low in the Gros Ventre CG in the Tetons was 27. It was 50 in the Komfort with the thermostat set to 50 to conserve on battery power overnight. CG has quiet hours - no generators - I'm sure given the weather they would not have said anything if we did run it. But once again, DH said "don't worry, this unit is a true all season rig" - and once again, he was right.

I've found some good deals on the Komfort 274 TS, a little longer than the AF 26X and no front kitchen are the cons but a bedroom slide with a huge closet and a longways walk around bed are the pros, any comments on the 274TS?

Just an update, we've put a deposit on a Komfort 274TS down in Spokane.
We leave Sat morning, if all goes well we'll pick it up and spend the night in it somewhere near Moses Lake, should be home Sunday afternoon.

Got Monday-Wed off to tinker on the new toy!

I think both are good, we have a 23TS Komfort, we have over 40,000 in 4 years including all over Alaska and it held up excellent. It is just a tuff trailer still looks good.

Congratulations Fisherguy - excellent purchase. We just got back from a 3 week 3000 mile trip through 7 states and loved the komfort of our Komfort at every stop. We purchased ours January of 2006 so we will soon be completing four years with it.

If they would've offered thermals when we purchased ours, I would've done it. I understand that with thermals they don't fog as badly or at all in cold weather. Last camping trip for us was the last weekend in October and it was cold. I bought anti - fog by RainX and applied it to the inside of the windows. Helped some but not completely.
