DW and I are both retired teachers. We would be interested in something like this to help stretch the retirement dollars as well as the travel ones. Looking at your list I see several positions we would not qualify for and some we might with training. Is there a training program and what should I do from this point? Thanks
Both retired. Travel with Nicky the Schnoodle. Son graduated and is teaching high school math. We notice he still prefers to use our checkbook! We still love our 2006 34' Allegro Bay XB and have 25,000+ miles on her.

Well you can e mail and we can talk about what positions and locations you are interested, which I would perfer so I can help you find the right fit. The other option is is just go to ATA website www.bestofalaskatravel.com and apply for positions you are interested in, just put a note on application Gary Green sent you so they know you are an RVer.
Training we do on site training for most positions, to include the guide positions. We also will help you get your CDL if you need one for a position you would like. The only positions we can not really help with are Captain license for our marine operations.
Most retired folks have more experience then they give themselves credit for.

Thank you again for all the emails and questions. To those of you who have applied we are in process of calling and talking to each and everyone of you, to find the right fit not only for us but for you as well.
For those of you who have not found work, we still need people in all positions for both part time and full time. Do not worry if you do not have experience as a guide, RV campground positions, RV rental positions, driver positions, or any of the other positions. We provided paid training in all positions.
Paid for all hours work to include RV park positions and yes site is included.
