I was coming thru customs on the way home from a Carribean cruise coming back into the USA. The customs agent saw on my paperwork that I was from Cincinnati. In conversation they asked when was the last time I had a three way. Well I responded I prefer a 4 way bean. The customs agent knew that only a native Cincinnatian would know that they were talking about how I prefered my chili and not some other activity. I said I would be stopping at Skyline on my way home from the airport, and I sailed thru customs.

I don't know if anyone else watched this game last night, but Cinci beat USF 37-17 on USF's home field. Cincinnati is ranked #8 Nationally. Anyway, Cinci's Ace QB Tony Pike gets knocked out of the game and I'm sure most folks watching this game felt that would cause the tide to turn in favor of USF. However, in comes sophomore Zach Collaros from Steubenville, Ohio. Zach played on a Steubenville "Big Red" state championship team and that Steubenville stud did a pretty good job filling in for Tony Pike. Steubenville has a fantastic football program, especially for such a little town. Tonight I plan of listening to Steubenville #2 play Poland #3 on: www.rollredroll.com. If you take the time to check out: rollredroll.com and you will be amazed with the facilities this division III high school has! Their weight room is probably better equipped than many small college football teams. Steubenville's current QB Dwight Macon will be playing for Central Michigan University next year! GO "BIG RED"! Bagman (born in Steubenville, Ohio)

The next backup QB for Cincinnati led the 2007 Marine City (Michigan) Mariners to the state title.

Steubenville "BIG RED" won 24-13 for a record of 63 straight wins during the regular season! Next week they play a star studded Inkster, Michigan "Vikings" at Harding Stadium (Death Valley)! Bags....Now I'm watching PITT vs Rutgers (ESPN). PITT is winning 17-7 in the 2nd. period.

I see that Inkster pulled off a late victory to end the winning streak. I am guessing that this will help Inkster in the state playoffs.

Yes they sure did! Everyone in Steubenville was stunned! The QB Devin Gardner from Inkster played the best football game of his life! Steubenville was winning 29 - 28 with a minute and 29 secs. to go in the 4th. qtr. and Gardner tosses a 65 yd. touchdown bomb with 39 secs. left for Steubenville and they just couldn't score again with only 39 secs. left to play. Got to admit that Inkster saved their best game for Steubenville. Both teams are headed for their respective state playoffs. I expect Steubenville to play Youngstown Cardinal Mooney in the final game at Faucett Stadium in Canton, beside the NFL Hall of Fame to decide the Div. III state championship! Bagman.
