japhi, are you in Vancouver Washington or British Columbia? If you're in BC, did you have any problems bringing the camper across the border? I'm thinking of getting a Northstar and since there aren't any dealers up here, I have to head south.

No problems at all. Campers are way cheaper in the US and you get units with far more options. For some reason sellers in BC think that a 2001 8' Adventure with no options is worth 9K.
If you decide to declare the camper like I did be prepared to show a bill of sale and transfered title. The border guard asked me to show him the ad on craigslist but I had the seller delete - they may ask for that. You will have to pay GST and PST as well. Well worth the drive to save 30%+.

'k, thanks for the info. I'll probably be buying new anyway since I haven't seen any used popups for sale anywhere close. I guess the receipts will be enough for the border guys.
