Okay. It sure would be great to hear Max is back in fine form.

Yes, crossing all fingers, toes, paws and claws.

Take care, Max. Give us some good results tomorrow!

Thanks for the update Barb. It is beginning to look like Max might have found his little way to recovery. Maybe a good quality of life as well. I, for one, will try to keep pawasitive thoughts going here!

Hugs to Mr. Max.

Kindest regards,
Dawn

Thanks all, Max is coming home. I am leaving here to go get him and he is doing fine!! We will keep him confined for 4 weeks in the bathroom. He will hate that, but it will all turn out good!!

I'm glad he is getting to come home!

He will heal much faster with your good care and in his comfort zone. Speaking of which, you might want to get a diffuser of Feliway and place it in the bathroom to help keep him calm while recovering.

Heal quickly Max!!

Wow, Max is lucky to have such a good owner. Your vet pointed you in the right direction, to the specialist, that sure got the ball rolling. How fortunate for all of you that there is a vet in your area that has some experience in this type of thing (even if it was dogs). A lot of things had to happen for Max to have a chance. The stars must be aligned for Max, best wishes for a successful recovery.

Great news!! A month in the bathroom may be obnoxious for Max, but it is so good to hear he is coming home!
