In our experience of having lived in Saskatchewan,Alberta and spending many times and winter in B.C. is this--B.C. parks are better looked after and more desirable then Alberta, however Saskatchewan Provincial Parks are on average the best.Size is size check ahead. We think the difference is that the Sask. parks are Government owned and controlled and not money driven as are the privately run Provincial parks in AB. and BC.Been doing it for 44 years, just my opinion.Enjoy all of them.

If a campground is near a "feature" (hiking trail, friends, etc.) don't rule out the group area. You may have some neighbors, but they won't bite

This has been good information...on everything. Thanks to everyone of our Canadian neighbors, especially, for the input. I am looking forward to getting north of the border as soon as we are able, and winter is over of course.
