Where the heck is everyone?
Just kidding I know we are way early but wanted to let you know that the park is ready. The pool has been repaired and cleaned and will be filled this week. The caretakers have been cleaning the beach of debris left by the storm and the grass is being mowed.
We are the only ones here and it's lovely. The ocean is really warm.
And I guess I should let you know that I have no affiliation with the park.
We spent three days in Mazatlan at San Bartolo RV park with only two other rigs. Mar Rosa was still cleaning up from the storm and no rigs.
Celestino road is repaired but lumpy and we stayed in La Tortuga for three nights again only ones there. Visited with Noe at Villa Celestino, still the happy host and no damage. We walked down to Celestino campground and only the host was there. They had been without power for three months as the tranformer got knocked out and repair was a nightmare. Everything good to go now except for a muddy road in from both directions but doable.
Have a great trip.

Hey Pilot, I guess you mean Villas Onac, if so the caretakers are Rafael, the owner, and his son who are probably doing the work.

We plan to be there sometime in December, I'm bringing a wireless access point to extend the range of his wifi to the north end of the park.

It's a great place to spend some time at!

I second that it is a great place to stay, we were there last March for a week at the south end. Great Beach! We will try to make it there again the last week in March.
