It is tough to seal all of the holes to prevent entry. When I discovered I had an unpaying renter, I placed decon all around the rig and let it do its work. Since then I have not had a problem with any crawling creature and after the decon is gone replace it. I keep my rig in a pole garage and have decon outside the rig, no problems in quite some time. Hope this gives you another option.

I asked the same question about a year ago and someone suggested "Cab Fresh". I was skeptical at first, but decided to try it and haven't had mice in the MH for about 1 1/2 years. Plus it smells nice. I use 8 bags in my 31 foot and it lasts all winter which is a long season in Minnesota.

I use the plug in ultrasonic things too. had all kinds of mice every winter untill I bought these

Looking into Cab Fresh...can't plug anything in out in the field where we park it! No electicity.

This kind of thing didn't happen when we were able to keep it in the driveway. Our neighborhood decided to enforce the rules and made us move it. Husband isn't too thrilled about it. We liked it where we could take care of it easily.
