My question is about winterizing. We live in Missouri, where the temperatures will probably dip into the low 30s in November before permanently in December thru early March. We plan on using our Coachman on weekends in November and early December and then for a full week at the end of December. Any ideas on how we can avoid winterizing after each weekend trip or do we need to winterize, use the RV, and then winterize again after each trip until the next weekend trip. Thanks for suggestions.

Drain the tanks, open the low point drains and maybe even run a small electric heater at low temp inside with the cabinet doors open.
Might not even be necessary with temps in the 30's

If a 4 hour period of 28 degrees or lower hits, it's considered a hard freeze. That's when plants die, and your pipes could break. I would not chance it, dump all the tanks,and blow the lines out at a minimum. Add Rv antifreeze to the drain traps. Or rent an inside storge spot, that's heated.

Winterize it using the air method, its fast and you unit is ready to go. I have done mine while on the road headed back to Pennsylvania several times.

I wouldn't be concerned unless the temps drop well below freezing.....and stay there for twelve or more hours. Even if the water freezes, it needs to continue freezing before it actually begins to expand, which causes the damage. If it gets above freezing during the day, it shouldn't be a problem. I would just open the low points and the faucets to allow someplace for the water to go if it does freeze. If you are still concerned, maybe contact an RV dealer in one of the northern states and ask them what criteria they use to determine the necessity for winterization.
