So I'm not only a new member but I'm also hoping to be a new owner shortly. I know this is a HUGE favour to ask but my wife said if it were reversed I would jump at the chance to assist someone trying to find the right Fifth Wheel especially their first one! There is a Glendale unit for sale about two hours south of Chicago that looks promising. But before I drive the 2000 miles and arrange an independent survey/appraisal I am wondering if anyone in that area could look at it beforehand. I have looked at the photos but from past experience - well you know what I mean. I'd just like to know a third party has looked at it first before I undertake a very long drive. Of course I'll gladly compensate for gas and time. Thanks so much. I can be PM'd as well.
