We are camping as I type this. I am troubleshooting a problem with
our 95 dolphin. Plugged in to shore power, the voltage to the coach
battery with the cables removed is 10.56 volts. The voltage on the
battery while disconnected is 11.41volts. Neither of these is good.
Chassis battery disconnected is at 12.41 and the cables vary, I
assume, due to the solar panel on the roof. .11 to .04.

I have a store/use switch be the door. The previous readings were
taken with the switch in the "use" setting. When put in the "store"
position, voltage in the coach cables is 14.1. No change in the chassis
battery cables.

Battery is too dead to start the generator, so I will let it charge a bit
before getting the rest of the info.

I think you need to charge battery from auxilary charger or take it in to see if it is any good.
I would while that is happening check your electrical connections especially the grounds.
The switch should be like a battery diconnect setup. There could be a problem with the relay that the switch operates. Try to locate it. It could be in a battery control center under the hood driver's side. Check the voltage on both sides of the relay large posts. If you find a battery control center, get the make and model.
Some rigs only have a relay. Next to it is some small circuit breakers. Check them for corrosion.

Hi,
There is a chance that the GFI tripped inside the RV, and is not giving power to the battery charger. Do you know where your battery charger / converter is? Many times it plugs into a receptacle in the basement, and sometimes (rare) this plug can come out. You can try plugging in a radio or light to this circuit to see if there is power, or plug in just the battery charger to the power post shore power.
You might need to buy a battery charger for this weekend trip, it sounds like you need a new converter/charger. If so here is a good place.

Good Luck,
Fred.
