You can have my membership if you want. I'm thinking of dropping mine after I got my lastest issue of Highways magazine with November & December combined and it's so thin you can almost see through it.

I just ignore it the same way I do the ads. I thought it would bother me but after a day no longer notice it is there.

I find the new format good in this way:
It's easier for me to ignore the ads when they're stuck over to one side.
It doesn't matter to me that you don't own a Mac.
It should matter to YOU that you're still tethered to Microsoft.

I have been ignoring the change on the RV.NET portal for this forum until today. I was wondering when they would fix the addition of adding the "Forum Technical Support Related Tips" on the right hand side. It is a real pain when your computer monitor is the old 3 to 4 ratio (height to width). I would imagine if you had the newer wide screen monitors, it would not be as noticeable.
Finally found this topic where it is being discussed. It is interesting the variety you find between the different portals. RV.NET and Trailer Life have this extra column. Woodalls and Good Sams do not yet have the column. Must be a trial. One solution, I found, was to not run the page full screen and then move the right hand page limit to the left. You can hide the column. For now, I will just change my shortcut to go directly to Woodalls.

There is a problem and the technicians have been made aware of it. That said, I think you will find that the problem is consistent, at least it has been in the hundreds of pages I've looked at.
The issue occurs on the various forum topic pages that do not have tips on the right side. If the tips are present then the link bar, which includes the Next link, is also present. If the tips column is empty, then the link bar is missing. I do not see the problem on thread pages, tips column populated or not.
Tom
Tom -- that is exactly the opposite of what I experience. In my case, and it does seem consistent, if I am in an area such as "Towing" where it lists multiple pages of threads (but I am not actually in an individual thread) the "Next" link displays at the bottom only when there is no tips column. If there are tips displayed then there is no "Next" at the bottom. Most of the time there are tips and therefore no "Next."
On the other hand, when I'm in a multi-page thread I do seem to see both the "Next" and the tips.
