Irrespective of what DP you have with an air suspension, they all work basically the same.
And no real expensive or complex components (assuming your air compressor is OK)-- and you said PSI was OK.
Air from the engine driven compressor goes through the air dryer and then goes to three ride height valves. Two on one axle and one on the other. These are commonly available valves and determine whether to add air to the air bags, let it out or leave the amount already there. These valves have a mechanical link that sets ride height. A linkage could have come loose, an air line could be leaking (but you WOULD hear it) or an air bag could be leaking (but you WOULD hear it).

On the chances that a ride level valve is stuck, lower your jacks up and down a few times. Do it manually so you can raise the back end up but not off the ground of course. With the jacks down start the coach and let the air build up. Then raise the jacks and see if it stays up. Maybe some exercise of the leveling valve will do the trick.

I'd say it's a valve or you shouldn't be holding air pressure. Had a bag burst or a line come off, you'd have a tough time holding pressure at 100 pounds. The only other option I can think of is a cut and then pinched shut line (not likely) or the hardware holding the sensor came loose.

I hope you get back on the road quickly. Don't be too discuraged. You will likely find a number of issues quickly, but don't assume that means it is a never ending thing - given that it was a repo it probably hadn't been used much in a while, and you will now discover a bunch of things quickly.
One thing I STRONGLY recommend - get trained on air brakes. Not understanding them can cause you a lot of grief and and can hurt you.

Ok, the guy just left to go get a part. It looks like a rod with a rubber fitting on the end. he said that this one arm is connected to some linkage that tells the valve to let air in the bags. It had broken off (dry rotted)
He left to get the part in Sardis and will be back later.
Thanks for your concern,

Exact SAME THING happened to me with my Spartan chassis!!
It seems the control linkage to the level valve can (under certain circumstances - mine was fully extending the rear jacks without extending the front jacks) become 'stuck' and prevent air getting to the bags - even though the system shows full pressure. After an expensive tow, the mechanic went under on a crawler, had me extend the rear jacks just a bit, he then 'flipped' the control rod, I let the rig down from the jacks and all was fine!! The tow was not free, but the mechanic simply shrugged and said 'it's nothing - just come back when you need some work'. Needless to say, I did give him a nice 'tip' for his efforts. (He could have stayed under there for 1/2 and hour and charged me big $$ - instead it was about 3 minutes and free good will!!)

It certainly appears to be an easy fix. He got under there, saw where the rubber fitting had broken off, called a parts place and found an another one.

That'sgreat news, and by the way, congratulations on your Newmar. They tend to be a great coach!

The rubber link that attaches a rod to the valve on the rear of the coach is a fairly common failure but an easy fix. You can even wrap it up with duct tape to get you to where you are going if you don't have the parts. Better yet, get a spare for your toolbox.
