Depending on the RV or tow vehicle will determine what can be done, if it is a concern, do all you can to the vehicles involved, but most of all make sure the drivers head is on right and working properly and don't take risks you are not comfortable with. Being caught by surprise and blown into another lane by a wind gust on a bridge, coming out of a tunnel or an overpass, etc, is a white knuckle experience for sure.
There is not a thing you can do LOL
But I would love to hear your list of 'mods'.

Lighten up Francis.....
We are all insured against overly aggresive blowhards "foot up the -----!" its called assault - class 1 misdemeanor.

Telephone Call: Golden Girl (GG) ----> Boss
Ring Ring..
Boss: Hello
GG: Hi Boss ... this is Golden Girl
Boss: Hi.. how's the vacation going?
GG: Just great but we're in for two days of really, really dangerous winds and have been advised by much more experienced RVers that we should stay where we are.
Boss: For how long GG?
GG: I'll be just a couple days late getting back
Boss: Bull! Either get back here on time or you are fired!
GG: Oh my... OK, we'll risk the loss of our lives to save my job Boss
Boss: That's more like it - get back here!
GG: We'll leave right now even though the wind is gusting to 80mph and there is a complete brown out due to the dirt storms crossing over the interstate.
Click ...click
Hummmmm... what do you folks think?
STAY WHERE YOU ARE GG!

In northern Arizona (I-40) I understand the interstate is sometimes closed due to high winds. I would rather be in a campground than stuck in traffic waiting for the interstate to be opened!

I've driven in it when there's no other choice, I just don't go very fast, 45mph being top speed.

I'm pretty sure that's not a wind gust rollover...looks more like a sway flip. The police cruiser chasing him is pushing 70 and you can see the trailer start to sway just before it goes over. Trees in the vid aren't moving either.
Good example of too much speed and not enough brains, though.
Check the exhaust at the end of the video. Looks like some wind.

We were driving south on Hwy 95 in Idaho fighting a head wind. I was driving an 1975 Fireball class C, with a 460 dodge. I had it florboarded and we came to a stop on the highway. We had just passed a rest area and trees were blowing down, so, I found a open field with no overhead and shut down for the night..... I don't drive when it windy........
