Kudos?? Please. This should not have been an issue from the get go! CW has serious management issues. Only family owned and service centers that pay their employees a fair wage will have craftsmen.

We don't need a rubber meets the road analogy. I think we get what the issue is and hunter11 will be taken care of. The purpose of this forum is for people to get issues resolved to their satisfaction not to have people make critical comments without suggestions

Hey, tickled to death here in the Asheville NC area, Camping World was opened where Todds RV and Marine used to be ...best thing that could have happened around here. Had a Winegard SK3005 put on the roof of my 5er and am now getting a Splendide 2100XC washer/dryer combo put in...so far, I'm loving it....even have a thread about the Camping World in Asheville and several of us met there this past Saturday....Again, really happy Camping World decided to open one of their Stores in that location...

I am disappointed to hear the adverse customer service at New Braunfels, Tx. My son and his family live in Cibolo which is very close to the store. I was thinking of having CW install bilstein shocks on my motorhome but now I am wondering. I am interested to see how this comes out...
