Where do I find the rated weight capacity for my basement storage compartments? I am wanting to put a tool box that weighs about 200 Lbs, loaded, in one of the bins and do not want to cause structural stress or damage. I have an 08 Gulf Stream SuperNova. Thanks for your information

My GS basement compartments are made with steel frames. Carry a lot of weight in them. Not sure if 200 lbs would be OK. How about putting tools in smaller boxes and spreading out to other compartments.

I cut plywood, 1/4 inch to the size of the box. I think 200lbs in one place is a heavy load regardless. But the plywood at least speads my loads out and I dont worry about the plastic cracking.
