Hi Marcus... I recently noticed in the latest Highways magazine, your open letter states: "Automatic renewal means you NEVER have a gap in service, you NEVER have to worry about a price increase, and you NEVER have a gap in service."

However, when I go to my account, I find the statement: "Future membership dues will be charged, at the rate then in effect, to the credit card you have provided."

Seems to me those are conflicting statements. Can you elaborate a little on this subject please?

By the way, I personally think that YOUR personal involvement in member's GS problems is fantastic! Also, I think that having Scott answering questions and helping resolving problems is a big plus and does a great job. This adds a much more positive and personal attachment for members to GS.

The GS person who jumps in occasionally and requests the member to email them needs to first, use their name rather than title, and secondly needs to try and provide as much help as possible on the forum so that others can learn.

Keep up the good work.....it is really appreciated by all of us.
