Got the Niagara ready for the season today dewinterized and sanitized the water system. Cleaned it up top to bottom and ready to go on the first trip of the year next weekend. Weather men are saying near 70 during the day and high 40's at night next weekend. Now I hope that holds cause that to me is perfect camping weather!!

I need to be doing the same thing here... Been thinking about it so thats half the battle I reckon. Have been sitting out late until around 10PM almost everynight doing my sitting around the fire pit burning up my firewood thinking about it haha... gets me in the camping mode...
My OFF-ROAD POPUP really just needs a good cleaning on the inside. Who knows what may have taken up home over the winter months... I always like to open up all the drawers and doors and clean up abit - even like to air out the mattress etc.. Then I need to find all the stuff that belongs in the trailer. Will probably camp out in CAMP BACKYARD a couple of times before branching out just to be sure I have rounded up every thing.
I already know I am down to two batteries now in my battery bank so need to check all of that out as well. Batteries all about the same age so who knows what to expect from the remaining two batteries. Two was put in service in 2008 and the third one that just failed came off my 2005 trailer. Probably going to need a whole new lineup here...
One of these seasons I need to be venturing up in your neck of the woods. I like the off-the-road camping and northern MD and west central PA sure has alot of those up there. I'd even like to camp at the campground side of CAMP DAVID just to say I have done it haha... One of these days...

We looked at the high side starcrafts when we was buying in 2008. Sure is nice what those extra fews inches on the sides allows you to have inside. The larger fridge was one item. Was just looking at your floorplan nice setup.
We ended up with the OFF-ROAD 14RT version... Having the front deck for carrying all my junk was my main reason for getting this one. I can do some serious carrying of supplies and stuff on my trips between the front deck and the truck bed. The downside of course the more room you have the more junk you take with you haha... We definately bring on too much stuff... I always have a PLAN B however... We love camping off the power grids and re-charging our battery bank every day for the next day/night battery run.
We are very happy with our setup so all was not lost I guess... There is just the two of us unless a grandkid comes along once in a while. I got 11 states rubber stickers on my trailer tongue now so it hasnt been sitting aorund much haha... Nothing above the Virginia line tho - all south and west as far as Okla/Texas...
