If I would have realized awnings were so expensive, I would have haggled a bit more..
Where is the best place to buy a A&E 20' two-step awning?

Not sure what a two step awning is?
I just did this:

It is the roller tube/awning all in one. You remove the old awning and roller tube, and put this on. A little more than that, but it was MUCH easier than I thought it would be.
I'll pass more along if needed.

I found the exact awning the toyhauler had. A&E twostep Link At a dealer 70 miles from me and at camping world. Both prices were within $100 so I'm thinking about supporting a local RV business. And also considering a ramp screen room because the trailer had one at one time.. Zipper at top and support poles on the sides but the existing gear doesn't look like either the outback, which I cant find for sale, or the Xtend-a-room.
