Any feedback on this model? I can pick it up for around $9k. It's been on dealers lot since last year, but I can't find anything wrong with it.

I have an "early 2006" Roo 23SS which is the same as the "late 2005." The Roo and Shamrock differ only in the external decals. Twins wearing different lipstick. This model is one of the most popular models here (and at the state parks).

We have the 2006 cabinet to the left of the door rather than a counter with stools (but I still got the stools!). Many late 2005 models have this cabinet in lieu of the counter.

Several photos in my Webshots. No major issues with mine. I have the wheel bearings cleaned, inspected, and lubricated every spring and the roof caulking professionally checked.

I'm on the second set of tires in 8 seasons.

This is the one. We just looked at it. Looks like the roof by the door linked at one time. They say it's fixed. Looks like some seems could use some caulk. I just wish I knew why it say there for a year. Maybe because it's a higher priced used one?

We have one and love it! It is a great floorplan, lots of space to move and lots of storage. I don't know all the changes from year to year but I think ours is perfect!

Clicky

for one thing, that's not a 23SS, it's probably a 232. they didn't make the 23SS in 2005. 2006 was the first year for the 23SS.
it also looks older than a 2005. the website doesn't state the year.
looks more like a 2002.

and it's too high a price for that old of a hybrid.
you could get a new one for $4k more, since you live in the Midwest.
has to be better choices in your area than this one, at that price.

Any ideas on where this unit should be to be a fair deal?

not knowing the actual model number, it's hard to say.
but guessing it's the 232, average retail from NADA is $8170.
that's if it is a 2005 Shamrock 232.
there's also the 233, 236 and 23B.

I forgot to look close. Will have salesman do it tomorrow. It has the couch slide out does that help what model it is?

When you value on nada do you not punch in the options? I was getting a value higher than that.
