Quote: I kinda have the opposite problem. Somehow my DW is able to push all her covers over to my side.
That's not quite how my DW would have described it. Like everything else, it's my fault.

Covers? You are worried about covers? I sleep in an rv queen bed with DW, 2 cats and a dog. I am just thankful for some room.

Video tape yourself sleeping at night to see if your kicking them off or something else is causing it. We buy next size up. King size flat sheets and blankets on the queen bed make sure one spouse doesn't pull all the covers off the other. The other suggestion is to wear pj's so you don't really need to blankets to stay warm.
I used to do that when my back issues were worse and I would kick my legs most of the night.

Lots of comedians here!
No, I do not have any type of sleep disorder, nor do I have this problem at home. Again, the bed is lacking a foot board and the problem is caused from GRAVITY.
It’s obvious the comedians must have an RV designed differently than ours and doesn’t understand the problem we’re having. Those who have offered suggestions, I’m grateful and I want to hear more idea’s (and the humor too ).
For the comedians who don’t fully understand, it really is a problem. It seems as though the wife and I spend more time looking for the covers, than we do sleeping.
Suggesting a dog is funny, but not a solution for us. We love and own several dogs and cats, but we prefer them to be outside and not inside.
Pictured below is the floor plan and a picture of the bed. Notice there isn’t a footboard or wall to help hold the covers in place.
Again, it’s not a sleep disorder, it’s a design problem.

We have 3 sets of sheets all made from different materials. The set that doesn't seem to have the problem of ending up on the floor is made of jersey, kind of like what t-shirts are made of. They are also warmer than cotton sheets and don't have the cold spots that cotton does. That might have something to do with it. I think flannel sheets would work the same way. Also, I'm pretty sure the shorter bed has something to do with it, we are both on the taller side and may create the landslide effect when we straighten out our legs.

We have the same problem. I think the problem stems from the queen bed in a TT is shorter than a normal house hold queen bed. This intern means more cover hangs off the end of the bed and gravity takes over and pulls it down.

I have same problem, and think stephensx04 is right. If you are tall (im 5'11") then when you stretch out, you push the covers out, and they seem to pull out from under the foot of the bed, or in the case of a comforter is slides down towards your feet, and off the bed. The so called queen size mattresses are "cheater queens" and 6" shorter than normal. I am considering mods to fix this too, either a footboard, or preferabally for tall me, an extension and footboard.
We are here for you Iclevel, and understand your problem
