My tip for Smores - use chocolate covered cookies - we like Le Petit Ecolier dark chocolate biscuits (dark chocolate on one side). Use a single biscuit with each browned or burnt marshmallow. Just the right amount of biscuit/chocolate/marshmallow and the insides don't squirt out when you take a bite.
I've no house in the city, just a camping tent in the wild.

Point of order:
If it's made with a French cookie, it's a "le plus, s'il vous plait", not a "s'more".

We were on an adult camping truip one time and improvised s'mores using roasted marshmallows, Marias (plain Mexican brand cookies) and some Chocolate Truffles that we cut into pieces. We called them "Gourmet Smores" They were extra good, especially with a glass (or two) of wine.

We use the Kebler (other brands will do) Fudge Stripe Cookies. A little less chocolate than one completely covered in chocolate, but just as good and not as messy.

I put peanut butter, mini marshmallows and pieces of cadbury chocolate in a tortilla shell. Wrap it up in tin foil and toss it on the grill (campfire or bbq). Remove it when the chocolate's melted. DELICIOUS!

Here's one for use when the area's under a fire ban/restriction.
Smackos!
Put a tortilla on a hot griddle. Place mini marshmallows on one half, chocolate chips on the other half. Sprinkle with ghramcracker crumbs. When the chocolate & mallows start to melt, fold it over and enjoy! Can be cut in half to share.
Thanks to "The Laster Family" and our cub scout pack for that idea.
