Link here.

If you think 10% of booze in your gas is bad enough, looks like E15 may be ending up at the pumps soon. To boot, this can kill the engine warranty on everything from cars down to the generators.

Probably can expect higher bio-diesel percentages showing up at the pumps also.....with inflated pricing.

¿Gas? México will never allow one drop of ethanol to be added to its gasoline. Too valuable as a food crop. Wait till Archer Daniels Midland cries "ETHANOL SHORTAGE DUE TO DROUGHT" and USA pump prices shoot to above $5.00 per gallon. Then six, then.......

Once it gets to be 100% pure ethanol, you can drink it and forget about the pump price.

Ethanol fuel is a real hot button issue for me. I had much more written here but I felt that it was too political to post. I'll just say that I am against it.

3.5% of the fuel burned in cars and trucks is from ethanol and to get that amount of fuel takes 20% of the corn produced each year in the USA. It has doubled the price for corn which is money in the bank for Archer Daniels Midland and why they spend millions of dollars on lobbyists and contributing to members of congress.

Biofuels are bad for the economy, bad for starving people overseas and in the USA, bad for the environment, and bad for engines shortening the life of components and with diesel engines greatly increasing maintenance problems. There are page after page of warnings about problems with biodiesel fuel in my owners guide for my Duramax engine and GM had to do a lot of modifications to the 2011 engines to enable them to handle B20 at all.
