Hi Guy's, Heard about your last rally, Sam & Dru called me from it. I really miss the rallies, Moved down to Florida a couple months ago. Unfortunately broke up with Marie last June,Lost my trucking job in August, It's amazing how fast Life can change. But a long anticipated move to Florida thou. Sorry to hear about you and Marie, Frank. Yes, life can change very quickly. I can attest to that. I have figured out though that not all changes are bad. Some eventually make us think about who we are as people and enable us to make changes in our lives to improve upon our weaknesses. I wish you the best of luck in your new adventures! Sky

Heading to Indiana to visit Mike's dad. He has pancreatic cancer and is not doing real well. Every second he spends with our daughter while he is here is a blessing.

Happy almost Anniversary of joining RV.net Dave and Amy. Wish I could be camping this weekend with you all.... wish a lot of things could be different and wish a lot of things could be the same as they used to be.

KZ is a great company, build a fine unit and have great customer service! They've also been around thru good times and bad, with 30 years of independent family owned business, and the confidence of giving a 2 year warranty
MrsKott..are you trying to tell us something here? I think you may have some leak issues when your KZ is split right down the middle by Judge Judy!

I LOVED camping. I dont get to do it anymore though (long story). My husband and I had differences in opinions as far as what we liked to do. I liked riding in boats and he would rather be dragged behind them on something. He liked snowmobiling and I liked sitting in a warm house cozied up with a good book. He went and did his thing alone and I did mine with our four kids. It worked for 11 years. Dont ask what happened.

So, my kids are able to get a FREE swine flu vaccine at school. I'm torn. They are normal, healthy kids, so I'm not really concerned about the flu itself.
I'm a bit more concerned about the vaccine itself. It seems that it's been rushed through to have something available. There's been no studies done on it, and no one knows what the long-term effects of this vaccine are.
I have not had my girls get the Gardasil vaccine for the same reasons, and it turns out, from the numerous media reports I'm hearing, that I was right in not having them get the series of Gardasil vaccines.
What are your thoughts about the swine flu vaccine?
I hate to have to agree with Joe on this one, but I do. From the research I have done on the swine flu vaccine, the LAST thing you would want is for them to get the nasal mist form. That is an active (although weakened) form of the virus. Our schools are offering the same thing...free swine flu vaccinations. The information they sent home did not say whether it was the nasal mist or the shot though. I am on the fence about the shot. They did seem pretty rushed to get it out and I am somwewhat nervous about unknown side effects.
If they are doing the shot, I would say go for it. If it's the Nasal spray vaccine, RUN. This is the advice I have also heard from many doctors in our area. Shot has no live cultures, spray does.
