RE: Gas Tank question 1989 Fleetwood Tioga E350

Definitely no switch under the dash or anywhere else. Closely inspected the fuel lines and the two tanks are independant of each other. The only thing they share is a vent hose. Had trouble filling the main tank and took the filler cap off the auxillary tank to vent. It seemed to work. There is a hose coming from the main tank that is capped off. could this cap be some sort of vent? Maybe it is plugged as I have developed high pressure in the tank especially when traveling in altitude. 		gtojohnny 07/07/09 01:25pm Class C Motorhomes

My generator runs even when the tank is on E because the fuel line for the Generator comes from the second tank that is apparently not monitored by the fuel gauge. 		gtojohnny 07/01/09 12:14pm Class C Motorhomes

Gas Tank question 1989 Fleetwood Tioga E350

I have a 1989 Fleetwood Tioga on an E350 Chassis with a 460. I have two fuel tanks, but cannot find a switch. It seems as though the tanks are independant and one is for the RV and the other is for the Generator. Most other rigs I've seen have the generator running off the main tank.
