Can I bring back my catch?

Planning my 2010 trip to the great north west, and would like to do a lot of fishing. Can I bring wild fish back throw Canada and into the United States? If so how much and are some species limited as to what I can bring back? Also can I carry extra diesel with us in the bed of the truck (5 gal. cans)? 		labarnas 11/01/09 08:49am RVing in Canada and Alaska
