RE: Why NADA?

NADA is no longer a good source for values of anything. They have not kept pace with external factors that help determine the value of vehicle.

RE: Out of State New Motor Home Purchase

You are at no risk via titling/ownership laws. If you are nervous, they bank at bank of america. Do a transfer via this bank.

RE: Cost of maintenance and bankruptcy

RV companies such as Monoco filing bankruptcy were the major factors in Lazy Days filing bankruptcy. They stuck Lazy Days for millions of dollars in unpaid warranty work.
Notice the spelling "Lazy"?

RE: Lazydays in Fl,

We purchased a 2010 Phaeton Nov.1. They beat all other deals hands down. Their service was a little slow, however, they fixed things right.

They exited bankrupcy, which was pre-packaged prior to Christmas. We purchased a new coach and got a great deal.

RE: Discount off MSRP for new order

There are people lined up trying to purchase new Tiffins. Their current rate of production is well below demand. Good luck on big discounts.

RE: Progressive Insurance Rates

What insurance companies do/do not cover are night and day. You should compare carefully before trashing a company. I seriously doubt Hartford provides comparable coverage to Progressive - RV.

RE: Best Method to Protect Against Freeze?

I am surprised no one has suggested having the water lines blown out. This would protect against this type of freeze. We are from North Dakota and some people here do not use anti freezed to winterize, simply drain everything and blow out the water lines. May want to put pink ani freeze in traps.

Towing 2008 Buick Enclave

I just started towing my enclave. Had it upfitted with blue ox equip., the owners manual gives instructions including disconnecting the battery.. If you do that, how does the brake buddy function. Also, some people pull a fuse. What purpose does that serve?

Towing buick enclave

I am in the process of purchasing a new class a, dp and will tow a buick enclave. My purchase will either be a Phaeton or Diplomat with a full mud flap accross the back. Will I need anyother protection from rocks, etc. for my car?
Also, is there a way to put bikes on the hitch and also tow the car?
