Sorry, I disagree with you on this. The forum does NOT store any pictures, all pictures are stored wherever the poster elects to store them, and the only references to pictures are the url links to them within the text of the post. Quotes of postings with pictures do not impact the system other than the duplication of the text of the post.

I just got finished walking around the loops at Ft. DeSoto with my wife. I mentioned to her all the damage done by RVs to the trees while backing in and pulling out. It must amount to hundreds of thousands of dollars.

Some of these sites are not the easiest to get backed into. We arrived in the rain, so needless to say, I was somewhat wet while getting out and checking several times while backing in. If I didn't keep a real close eye, I would have been one of the ones causing some tree damage.

As for the famcamps, we stayed at the one at MacDill AFB, talk about mosquitoes and raccoons. They were so bad we will skip staying there again.

I'd lean towards not dealing with either dealer, especially the one threatening you with service. I would not tolerate any dealer threatening service issues if I didn't purchase from them, it would be a really cold day you know where before I would let loose of a single penny to that dealer. Any dealer resorting to that behavior is a dealer we would NOT want to service our unit.
We gave our local dealer one chance to be a contender of our potential business, we told the sales person very specifically what we expected and he decided that what we had to say was not important, that he wanted to play games, so we walked, to the tune of 830 miles one way and purchased from RV Direct for several $k lower. We can buy a lot of service for that money.

I'm using this parabolic grid antenna to connect to the campground office wifi and then created my own hotspot so I could connect wirelessly anywhere around the 5th wheel.
