I forgot to post the result to my Weber Baby Q low flame problem with a 5 lbs tank.

It will not provide an adequate flame with an "ACME" type fitting attached to the tank.

I got the hose that has the high-pressure connection to the tank. It inserts "inside" the tank LP fitting, and has the connection for the Weber Grill that replicates the top of the disposable tank, at the opposite end of the hose.

Open the 5 lbs tank first. Wait 30 seconds or so, and then start the grill and light. I'll post a picture of the hose tomorrow.

Works like a charm! Now can use the 5 lbs tank with my Weber Baby Q.

Will use it all Labor Day weekend, starting with dinner on Thursday.

Herewego,
Sounds like your hose has the POL style connection for tank side. The older style with left-handed threads?

hotbyte...Yup. Here it is. And it works spectacularly on my Weber Baby Q Grill, with a five lbs tank.

I picked this up at the local LP place two weeks ago.
