We love ours !!

Never said I did not like it...did not need it. And with our camper, the thing was heavy and took up a lot of room. I think it was great for large camp outs, but not for just the 2 of us.

Best thing we never bought?
Never bought the stinky slinky, all the connections, hose support, flusher, and stowage tube. Went straight to the Sewer Solutions.

a generator, at one point I thought it would be nice to have, but i have never once camped anywhere that did not have at least electric available, we reserve about 95% of our sites ahead of time, I have looked at some "primitive" campsites and most look like they are more geared for tents or small rv's, as for the blue tote, i kind of regret buying it beacuase I have used it twice in 5 years of camping, i guess its one of those things you keep around just in case.

Smartest thing you DIDN'T buy??
The Class A that I wanted but couldn't afford, with just the 2 of us, the 30ft Class C fits just fine.

Several years ago we considered getting a Chalet or Aliner, but we are glad that we purchased a TT with walk around queen bed, full bathroom, large refrigerator instead. I know we would have been crowded in the A frame camper.

I had a Chalet prior to my Jayco.

Understood...It is heavy and does take up some space. We use it only for the long holiday stays. DW got it for me as a B'day present several years ago.

After watching others spend hours emptying making multiple trips I'm glad we decided it was a LOT easier to just hitch up and take everything to the dump station and be back drinking a cold one within an hour. No spills and no handling nasty stuff multiple times.
I agree! When we were in Lake Louise last summer, every night the same Wranger would drive by - multiple times - pulling a blue boy. It got to the point that we'd make ourselves a gin & tonic, grab a chair, and watch. (Remember, we're the ones who didn't buy the TV system! ) Eventually, after many nights (and G&T's) of this, we wandered the campground looking for the Wrangler & blue boy - had to find out what rig this person had that required so many trips to the dump. Alas.......never found him............
