or you can do it the easy way....
At the beginning of a word or a sentence, or the entire post ..... simply type .... (color=red)... and at the end of the word or sentence, type .... (/color)
EXCEPT... use the "Square" looking brackets instead of the "Rounded" brackets like I did above..
And instead of RED, you can use almost any color you want... IE:.. blue, green, yellow, orange, ... etc...

TWO CENTS WORTH
The story goes that a man died and was approached by the Devil who told him that he could buy his soul back for a dollar. The man searched his pockets and could only come up with 98 cent. While begging the Devil to forget the two cent he was short, an Angel happened by and hearing the Devil laughing, asked the man, "Would you mind if I put in my two cents ?" The Devil got so mad that he exploded in a puff of smoke and the man's soul was saved.
The moral: Sometimes putting in your two cents worth makes a difference.

Actually, changing colors can be done a little easier than John's method.
[red]red text[/red] produces red text
[green]green text[/green] produces green text
etc.
Other that black, which is not needed, the only named colors that I know the display engine recognizes are
red
blue
green
yellow
purple
Please do not quote or copy this post. I used a trick to show the square brackets. The trick will fail, for a quote or copy.
