I got one on e-bay, about $65 and no shipping costs. Hasn't been delivered yet, but it appears to be the unit Sam's was selling. Every Sam's I checked in the area did not have any.

I bought one Sunday at the Sam's Club in Little Rock, AR. It was the last one they had at that store, per the store associate.

I purchased a Back-up Camera System by Peak with the 7 inch color monitor Wireless transmitter and camera for under $90.00 on "Buy Now" on Ebay and it works just wonderful! The picture is very clear and I can plug the A/V line from my old Camping World camera on the back of the TV into the Monitor and when I get hooked up and turn off my "Wired" camera it automatically finds the WiFi camera on the back of my TT. This is better than any Sex!!

Ok you got my attention, that sounds like a pretty good deal. I think I will get one.

Current price at Sam's Club in Monroeville, PA is $65.00!! I purchased one a month or so ago, and am very pleased with it. Got a 25' extension cable from Peak so I could mount the transmitter in the basement area of my 5'ver and get a good clear signal.

I finally got my camera wired up on my TT this past weekend. I mounted it above my center clearance lamp with a license plate bracket and ran the wiring over the roof to the sender unit, which I mounted on my AC shroud. I grabbed the power from the center clearance lamp so the camera is on when the lights are on. For backing up it works very well. While driving down the road it's not so good though, as the picture gets really distorted and drops out sometimes. I just did what cbari suggested (thanks for the tip cbari) and contacted Peak Technical Support to get a 25' extension cable. That should fix it up just fine once I install the sender unit up on the front of the trailer.

Glad to hear you guys enjoy this product. It is really the best in its class. FYI Peak has rated the wireless range at 100'. Signal quality should be the same at any range upto a 100'. If there is local interference it will dimish the signal whether the range is 10' for 90'...

If anyone needs detailed technical info Peak Safety View has excellent customer service, their hotline is (800)477-5847.

I have the Peak with 7 inch monitor from Sams Club, $79.95 at the beginning of the season (Warwick RI). I mounted the camera inside in the rear window of the TT. The screen is in the Tow Vehicle on the dash just above the GPS screen. It makes a fantastic "rear view mirror" in addition to my regular towing mirrors. I do get some dropouts if near a wi-fi hotspot and one time as I was inching along in stop and go traffic I saw the inside of a Real Estate office that was next to the road. .... I wonder if the office people wondered why they were seeing a long line of cars in their monitor.

PS. I used to have the VR3 from Wallmart with the 2 1/2 inch screen but the picture was not nearly as stable as this one is with the camera in the same place.

Just picked up the Peak 7" montitor system from Sam's Club yesterday, for less than $70. Was searching for information and reviews of it and found this thread. (Wanted to know if I should take it back before I got started installing it). Reviews are favorable, so I will install it as soon as I get a chance.

Initially I was thinking of installing it on the back of the truck, and later get a wired camera for the back of the trailer. Now I am wondering if I should just go straight to the trailer with it. Hmmm...

I have a wondow in the front of my TT with the fiberglass rockguard so there is a path for the radio signal to pass through. A lot of units do not have a window, just an aluminum skin that will block a signal. That may be something to consider although the transmitter module with antenna can be mounted away from the camera.
