Ris St. Joseph arrived yesterday and Kathy burried him next to the for sale sign.
Today we got a call from the realitor they wanted to show the house today. Don't have a contract yet but since we have only had 2 showing in the past 3 months I have to think St. Joseph had something to do with the showing today.

Ain't no one can resist that sweet smile!

We are fast approaching the stage of the ultimate inversion: the stage where the government is free to do anything it pleases, while the citizens may act only by permission; which is the stage of the darkest periods of human history.........

I'm sure she would have..

Just got a call from our agent the people that looked at the house yesterday said the house was too big. Now it is listed as 3200Sf, 6 bedroom + family room and game room If you look at the pictures on the listing you can see how big the house is. I guess they wanted a smaller 6 bedroom house Oh St. Joseph is out there hopefully he will bring on someone that is looking for a big 6 bedroom house not a small one.

We are going camping next week up to Carisile PA for Kathy's quilt retreat and that will probably be our last trip for the year.
I'm not going to winterize the MH yet just in case we decide to go out one more time.

Enjoy it while you can! There's not much time left until the snow flies. We've just returned from quick weekend in Strongsville, OH. Hopefully, we'll get in one more weekend before we put 'er to bed for the winter. Then again, maybe not - supposed get some flakes here already on Thursday and Friday.

Hey! Maybe we need a "Winter Friendship Gathering"!
