My lil dog does the same thing. In a deep sleep, he hears the frig open and he's there in a flash.

Megan is so deaf, you either have to yell or shake the bed. Then she's all over that treat though

Yeah, for me it’s these little things that’s great. If their happy and well, all seems to be good in our rig.

Good Grief, was that today? Must be a little different weather down there... I had on my dog park sweatshirt (weighs about 20 pounds) and long pants just to go to the grocery store today.

They didn't call her "Plain Gravy" for nothing.

LOL...It's just that it's so dusty here. When we shut down for the day. I close all of the windows, turn the ACs on for ventilation and to drown out the construction noise. In addition, the cold helps me sleep better.

Hi Pops,

See, Harlee says "don't bother me, unless you have a treat"!!! "I do need my beauty sleep!"

Maybe we should call her Queen or The Princess...

Dawn

PS: I tried to change our signature to show the new Jeep. Did not work and now I lost our old picture..

Dawn,

She sure gets grouchy every once an a while. What hit home, in regards to Harlee's age. While walking the project last night she got disoriented. Calvin and I was looking for her when a neighboring farmer’s employee found her in their equipment area.

You should be able to add your new photo in the more about you, within your profile page.

Hope all is going well with your projects….

Hi Pops,

Poor Harlee! She is beginning to show her age! But, I know that she will have a lot of time left with your love and devotion for her. You and Calvin will just have to keep closer eyes on her now. Our Willamina lived to the age of 15, but she sure had dementia. In the end she would walk in circles and had started to get very thin though she always had a great appetite. I had been nursing her along for about three years, but finally bowed to my Veterinarians suggestions.

Well, the appliance saga continues. I think that I mentioned that we purchased a microwave at the Sears Outlet and that we were going to install it ourselves. (Kevin has done this on several occasions). We went to install it last Saturday and discovered that the screws given to us did not fit the screw holes! Also, we were absolutely unable to find installation instructions anywhere. Darned if I will pay to have this monster installed, so I called Sears. I told the Manager that I was going to return this microwave and that I won’t pay the 15% restocking fee! And, she agreed. Boy, that microwave was returned within the hour. Good bye and good riddance. We then went to the REAL Sears and purchased a brand new microwave. Never been so happy to get rid of an appliance before.

See, I did get the signature picture changed. Whoopppeee! However, my Canon resize program will not size the 500X100 pixels. I have to do some more research. I really want to get a picture of the Jeep with the new hard top. It sure is nice. Finding a way to store the soft top is another thing.

Regards,
Dawn
