I see alot of discussion lately about greasing up shackle bolts and inspecting them frequently. Might be a dumb question but how do I know if I have greasable bolts and how do you grease them? I have a 08 WW LE 3905 if that helps in determining. I've been thinking about getting the EZ Flex system to replace my current setup but am afraid I don't have the skills to replace.
Thanks!

If there are Zerk (grease) fittings on the bolts you can grease them with a regular grease gun, if not you're S.O.L.
My originals did not and the businings between the bolt and spring were teflon.

Grease attracts dirt and makes them noisy. Most rigs have polyurethane bushings. Some you can remove the bolt and coat with silicone lube.
Only ones that should be "greased" are sealed on the ends to prevent dirt getting in.

If you have a Warrior, you have greasable shackle bolts.
The zerk fittings are on the inside of the bolts, so you have to crawl under the trailer.

Seeing as we have the same trailer, I'm going to step out on a limb here and say, "You have them!"
Get your trusty creeper out and climb under your trailer. They are on the inside. I'm sure you'll see them once you are under there. Mine were coated in black paint so, took a steel brush to them before I put grease on them.
Shoot me a PM and I can reply with my phone number if you need a hand.

You may want to pull one or two and inspect them.
My WW had "Wet" bolts from the factory like all the rest, however, the zerks on many were clogged and the position of the hole in the center of the bolt can prevent the grease from actually getting to where it needs to be.
In the course of installing the EZ-Flex system on my rig I replaced all the bolts, nuts, bushings, shackles - greasing everything along the way.
A noticeably smoother ride. I could tell right away and that was confirmed going over the first set of railroad tracks!

Thanks for the info! I am heading out this weekend for a short trip so I will look today. Should I just fill with the grease gun until I can't fill no more?

Yes a few "pumps is all you need, if grease still oozes out use 1 less pump on the next one. A little grease goes alog way!!
