We are camping with out little camping group. One couple has a new 09 class A with a Norcold model 121XXX sweries fridge. It isn't cooling very well and is displaying a 1 on the display. The manual doesn't have an error code like that. They have turned it on and off, same thing.
Anybody got a clue?

On mine, 1 is the lowest cooling setting. Try holding the temp button until it climbs up. 9 is maximum cool....Mine is a 1200LIMR,,2006 model.
Also if somehow it is in the diagnostic mode, 1 is the first code, then scrolling thru to 10 to diagnose different functions in real time.

Norcold refrigerators should not do that. First try unplugging the coach, If the charging/converter system is causing that, it will go away. Second remove the 12 Volt supply from the refrigerator,wait 10 seconds and reconnect. This is the first time I have herd of this. If this works please let me know. Thanks, Chris

I'll tell him. It seems to be cooling ok. The 1 is flashing on and off and you can't make anything else display by turning it off then on or changing the temp. It just keeps flashing a 1.
Its a brand new coach thus under warranty and he has to take it back to the Winnebago dealer for some other things anyway but we'll go try this in a bit.
