I agree!!! Pulled my Fuzion 362 with an F-350 SRW, had some white knuckle moments so I went to a dually, a big dang dually. Too much truck??? Yes. Too much trailer??? Never again.

I have a very similar modded truck as the OP. You will really enjoy towing the "smaller" trailer much more with that TV.
I'd steer you in the direction of the Cyclone 3010 with dual 7k axles vs. the dual 6k axles on the Fuzions in the 322 or 302.
If you're married to that truck, then I'd really consider going with the lesser rig in size, you couldn't pay me to own/tow those 40+ ft giants on a regular basis with your or my truck. Sure it will tow it, but I've towed plenty of 36ft and less 5'vers with my truck to know I don't want ANY more back there on anything other than towing on the flats. Something will give within a year or two if you keep that truck and buy the 40ft rig. My $.02.

I have put over 10k miles on our toy hauler with the 2500HD, but I like the 40K I have put on with the dually better. Both trucks tow fine, but the trailer is heavy and the extra set of tires is a big plus. Your truck will tow just fine, but I would plan on a up grade as funds permit.

I really appreciate all of your input. I have been checking the post throughout the day. I am having a really hard time making a decision. I own 7 company trucks. The truck I drive I have spent lots of time and money tricking it out just the way I want as I spend lots of time driving it. So, getting another truck is simply not going to happen for quite some time. However, I really need the room of the bigger Fuzion trailer. But you guys have made some great points. I am just going to have to decide. Any additional feedback is greatly appreciated!

ALSO,
Will going from a Fuzion 405 or 393 that has a dry weight of 13,300 and 3 axles to a Fuzion 322 that has a dry weight of 11,125 and only two axles really make that much of a difference? Sorry guys, I am just trying to learn and I can't learn without asking and reading.

Going from the 405 to the 322 you save 315 pounds in pin weight. You loose 2 feet of garage space though so is a 10' garage even and option for you?

But, will giving up that 3rd axle be worth the savings in weight?

Pin weight is your only concern here. Therefor you need to weigh the trailers pin to see how heavy they "truely" are.
