Bought our new MH last year from CW at show in Hershey. Very nice to deal with. The local CW is HORRIBLE. Like most posters incompetent staff and limited parts.

CW good sometimes, bad sometimes. Fortunately we have a competitor in our area...State Trailer Supply......handles more essential RV stuff than CW in my opinion and will always beat CW prices. Maybe not as many toys and no service department, but plenty of independent service providers in SLC. Best service I've had over the years comes from independent mobile technicians. More overall knowledge and less $$$$.

found out the nearest RV dealer DOES have a parts dept.(that's open on a Saturday past 1:00pm unlike many small parts places I've looked up).

went there last Saturday...they had more RV stuff than CW, and *some* camping stuff.

I guess the CW name tells it all...it's a camper's kind of place that stocks parts/supplies for "campers/trailers"

My RV dealer's parts dept.(off-site location) had just as many parts for older RV's as for newer ones.

I wont be driving the 90 minutes to the nearest CW any time soon.
