Not too hard. It seems that many of the directions are aimed at PCs and the screens that they show aren't the same on my computer. Heading up to Ft. Getty in RI tomorrow and will work on Microphone and switching back and forth from speaker to headphone. Maybe you can help me with one thing. When I receive a call on my computer it has a poor ring. I want to change the ringtone to something I can hear if I'm in another room and make it louder. (I have the volume turned up all the way on my computer) I've spent an hour going through all the menus but haven't been able to find it yet. It's probably right in front of me. PS caller ID picks up after about 4 rings. How do I make it 8 rings.
