You can't fix stupid, when are parents going to learn, kids require supervision. Atv's, dirt bikes, UT's are not toys. Safety equipment is a must, but hey what do I know I'm only a ATV instructor and a Parent. Some of the people who come to my class scare the******out of me, they lack the commonsense that god gave an fly. Glad to see a Jury not handing out free checks for someone else's failure to play safe.

Good News! I feel for the family of the little boy who died, but lets not blame someone else for the parents and child's negligence. Lets hope this sets a presidents and other courts will see this. This might also discourage a few of the ambulance chasers from advertising and promoting the Rhino class action lawsuit.

Nice to see a company defend itself instead of "rolling over" and paying. No supervision, no helmet, no belt.. no brains and no money.
