I would like to install the EZ flex upgrade to my triple axle Warrior LE3305. The standard kit has a front equilizer that mounts to the front of the middle springs without shackles to help keep the middle axle more in alignment. The Dexter rep said this is more desireable than the factory set up which uses the same front equalizer as the back. I would like any input from anyone that has changed their suspension to this.

I put the trail air equa-flex on my toy hauler this past winter, used it all season, love it. I also did the greasable shackle bolt kit. http://www.trailair.com/products/equaflex/

I have it installed on my LE, it changes the angles of the schackles abit but it hasn't been an issue yet. It did flip the front schackle from spring on top to spring on bottom once after it was first installed but it returned to normal once I backed into it's parking spot. That hasn't happend since and I have put about 400 miles on it now. The middle tires are about 1" closer to the front tires but that hasn't been problem either, unless it is uneven between the sides, which mine isn't.
I too talked to the people at Dexter and also sent them pic's of the setup and they didn't seem to overly concerned about any of the setup. I like the way the TH rides now and the ablity to grease all of joints is nice. The true test will come this winter when we go to the dunes. I think you will like the kit, you will need the 35" one for our model.

River&Sand--I seen some pics of your install-did you end up using the lower hole on the spring hangers because of the clearance problem?

Those weren't my pic's, I will try post some of mine. I don't have multiple holes on mine just one. Seems that was a hit or miss deal from Zieman I guess. Mine is stock height, no flipped axles or anything like that. As I recall someone on here had to do just that because the equalizer zerks hit the top of the mount. Mine have plenty of clearance.

I put the kit on mine. No issues as of yet. I will say its a bit of a pain getting all those axles lined up to get the bolts through.... At the same time as I installed mine I put all the suspension on the lowest hole of the two. The thing rides WAY low from the factory and that helped a bit, but probably not enough in the long run.

Here are a couple pic's of the Dexter EZ-Flex installed

Completed right side

Inside of left side

If you look at the above pic you can tell the spring eye for the middle axle is slightly higher than is was stock, causing the axle to rotate a bit which decreases the distance from the middle and front tires.

Great pics, thank you. My hangers are shaped like this. This guy said he had to locate to the bottom hole.

Nice tires! Mine looked that clean... once.

It's a good reference to see your new tread, My 614's look nearly identicle in depth and wear even after 4 years and probably close to 30,000 miles.
Enjoy them, the will take good care of you and your family!
