THink a relay is stuck or somehting? I did not touch anything to make this start happening.

Check for loose wires to the fuse holders or corroded / loose fuse holder.

From the Iota manual----
The IOTA Battery Charger/Power Supply is protected
against reverse polarity on the DC output. If a battery
or the unit is hooked up incorrectly, the fuses will blow
and can be easily replaced. Always use the same size
and style fuse that came with the converter. To change
the fuses, use a screwdriver to loosen the screws
and remove the fuses. Always replace the fuses with
the same type and rating. After inserting the new
fuses, tighten the screws firmly. Apply 5 inch-pound
maximum torque. DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN.
So, are you using the screws that secure the fuses? If not, that is your problem as if you do not tighten the fuse screws, the fuses do not make a good connection. Doug

Hi Doug, The 2 30amp fuses just slip into the converters panel just like every other 15 amp fuse thats in there.

is there something else that I can test check? I was pretty mad when I noticed this when dry camping and running the generator for 1 hour and I was not charging :-(

You have a 2006, so you HAVE those screws and the fuses CANNOT be removed without loosening those screws. So, if you have removed the fuses without unscrewing the screws, then your converter is damaged. I work on RV's (also Jayco's) for a living and the screws are there. If the fuses are attempted to be removed without the screws loosened, you break the contacts to the fuse holder. Doug

Guys im talking about the screws behind the faceplate. I cant see how these are held in by screws. There the reverse polarity 30 amp green blade type.
edit: I just pulled the whole converter out so I can see behind it and the 12v fuse panel. It seems as if I fixed my problem just removing the fuses and re inserting them.
thanks for your help
