Hopefully next year will bring an upgrade to a Fifth-Wheel for us. Right now I'm looking for models with the bunks up front. I figure, let the kids do the step climbing...
I've looked at the CrossRoads Cruiser CF31QB and really like the layout.
I've also looked at the K-Z Spree 305BHS, but not sure I want to walk around the sofa to get to the kitchen from the entry door. But I do like the large U-Shaped dinette. And I'm familiar with the K-Z brand.
The specs for my truck: 18,500 GCWR, 12,400 max trailer weight and payload capacity of 3,644. I understand to look at 20% +/- of trailer weight as pin weight.
I'm looking for other models that fall within my wants and limits, so any input is appreciated.
Thanks.
Dave.

We have the Crossroads CF32BL, it is a mid Bunk unit. It has been a very good unit for us fairly good Quality no issues in two years. I think that Open Range has one check their webb site

I honestly didn't know that any fifth wheels had the beds anywhere but up front. What is up front if the bed (bunks?) isn't there?

Check out the Laredo 321 BH it also gives you a hide a bed with the two bunks up front. We sold four of these at the Pennsylvania RV Show last month and the families were really excited about the floor plan, especially with full queen and 1/2 bath in the rear.

Jayco Front Bunkhouse 5er Eagle Lite 31.5 FBHS, 4 bunks, 3 wardrobes and a entertainment system up there to. Mom and Dad have a full standup slide out queen bed, 2 wardrobes and a 50/50 bath. 2 year warranty, real oak cabinets, LOTS of standard stuff too! From the largest family owned RV company in the world, 41 years in business, and a motto of "Our Customers are our family".
Jayco Eagle 355 FBHS has 2 bunks up front with a sofa bed with table, front bathroom for the kids, and a rear 1/2 bath for just you guys. The Eagle is a bit more luxury than the Eagle Lite. Good luck!
A Jayco is not just an RV, it's a life choice!

Most Fifth-Wheels have the master suite up front, but some have bunks up front with the master suite in the back.

This is the first CrossRoads that we looked at 2 years ago and liked it too, but it limited us to only 2 beds for the kids.

Very nice! Thank you.
The 31.5FBHS has a nice layout! The 355FBHS is a little bigger and heavier than I was hoping for. Thanks for the info.

Heartland Sundance 3300Fb might work for you. It looks like it's within your required weights.
